For more information, please visit: Responsibilities: Install various types of flooring materials in residential buildings, including hardwood, LVP, and carpet. Prepare the subfloor for installation by ensuring it is level, clean, and free of any damages. Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the room's dimensions, ensuring accurate cuts and minimizing waste. Install flooring materials using appropriate tools and techniques, such as adhesive, nails, or interlocking systems. Finish the installation by adding baseboards and trim, ensuring a seamless and professional-looking finish. Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents in the workplace. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a flooring installer in residential construction. Knowledge of various types of flooring materials and their applications. Proficient in using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and hammers. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently. Hours and Salary: Hours: 25 - 40 hrs per week - 1099 Independent Contractor Salary: $35/ Hour, Depending on experience
